• The consultants within the Polar Moment team managed the project responsible for the implementation of the World’s first integrated EMV Chip and PIN solution. Working for a leading software vendor, they brought together Visa International, RBOS Streamline, Wincor Nixdorf, Gemalto and Retalix to create a fully live Chip and PIN environment. This included card issuing, point of sale acceptance, acquirer and scheme processing. The resulting solution is now the leading Chip and PIN product in the UK, used by the majority of tier 1 retailers.
